I have purchased other 3rd party cables and have had issues with compatibility (not supported) with some of our Apple devices. This cable was nicely priced and after a few weeks we've not had any issues with compatibility.

The wire insulation is substantial and I suspect it will protect the cord from damage better than other cords I have had with much less substantial insulation. The cord was a little stiff when I first put it into use, but it softened up after about the 1st week of use.

I use one on my laptop to phone and bought this one because I needed a longer one for the living room. I gave it 4 out of 5 because the cable is a little stiff and having it drapped across my body as I’m sitting on the couch is a little annoying but I’d still buy it again.

Had a “non-compatable” message once but it didn’t recur. I’ve snapped a couple of the lightning heads off but can’t decide if it was just unlucky/freak or weak product design. Still buying them on the reg for my tech family as we are always charging.
