I got this for an older vehicle that doesn't have a USB for charging my iPhone. A light on the piece that plugs into the cigarette lighter of the older vehicle lets me now my iPhone is charging plus, reminds me to unplug it when not in use and vehicle is off as the cigarette lighter stays hot.

Ok, look, I am of a business and marketing background and I certainly understand Apple's approach to cornering their market. However, there are simpler less expensive ways to get basic functions out of applicances when using NON Apple RFID chipped equipment. Thank you Best Buy. As always, you never let me down!

I used to be very nervous driving around with a low-battery phone as I am on-call for work, use it for GPS navigation, etc. This charger eliminates these concerns, and I can usually get a 15%+ charge on my 30 minute drive to work. Very pleased, would definitely purchase again.

I did not need a USB connection on this car charger, so this simple and affordable charger was best for my needs. This is my second one over the past 2 years. I blew out the first one. I suggest you remove it from the car plug when not in use to avoid this.

I bought this charger in April and until now it has worked very well. With any charger the more your move it the more wear and tear it receives. It still charges well but the connection to my phone is a little positional. Overall I am pleased with the service I have had with this charger.

This car charger is a really solid one. I finally don't have to deal with a desperate chord and charging base. As I'm driving and my phone is charging it doesn't feel like my phone is attached to anything. It's just free to charge I would highly recommend this charger

I had just bought a new car and wanted to have a 2nd charger so I didn't have to keep carrying my old one between cars. I looked at some higher priced ones, but didn't think it would mater. I like this type of cord also, it fits well in my little center console.

Are you like me? Do you leave home without it?! It seems like every trip I take, I forget to bring a car charger for the phone, so I end up going to BB or WalMart to get one. This is probably the 20th one I've ever bought. Yes, it works fine.

I purchased two of these chargers for a summer road trip and they have been working perfectly for us over the past month. I haven't timed how long it takes to charge but it seems to be well under an hour. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

During business trips, I constantly use Goggle maps for directions. Due to my high usage, however, my phone was always out of power before I reached my destination. This charger was perfect due to its small size and its quick charging capability.

The cord worked fine for a year or so. The cord didn't stretch very far, so after regular use for only about a year, the cord broke and was non-functional.
