Only charges at certain angles

Fiddled with the connector, moving it around and holding it at a certain angle, finally got it to start charging but as soon as I let go... Nothing.

We have had it for about six months and the unit was used almost daily and has started to come apart at the plug which makes charging slow and intermittent

Does Not work with iPhone 7
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 of these chargers after reading the reviews, but both does not work at all with my iPhone 7 or iPhone 6. They did work with iPhone 5c though. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

May not fit your case - picture inaccurate!

However, the picture online and on the box led me to believe this wouldn't be a problem with my Switcheasy Tones case (which I love). When I got into my car in the store parking lot, much to my chagrin it did not fit my case as the connector is different than pictured. To add to the aggravation, when I went back into the store to return it I was told I'd have to return in 24 hours to get the credit on my card reversed since I paid for it online ahead of time. Needless to say... not a happy camper! (BTW, this is my very first product review - though it's the last time I'll shop at Best Buy due to the credit card issue!)

Stopped working after 4 months

Went to the store to see if I could exchange the product that stopped working after 4 months and they had me call Dynex. Dynex said go back to the store and see the geek squad and they said Dynex is wrong and I had to call Dynex to have them send a new charger. Called back Dynex they said geek squad is wrong and they said go back to the geek squad to make them replace the product. After an hour of my time, still no product or resolution. The product sucks and best buy sucks even more. I will never purchase another product from them again as their Customer Service is the worst in the electronics industry.

Rocketfish phone charger
