Returning back to the store. Stop working after one use.

This isn't a replacement for a full sized shredder, but works great for what it is. Highly recommended if you're limited on space.

it is much nicer if u ship me a brand new shredder i got a used shredder. i got my shredder with tiny pieces of shreded paper

messed up third time using might have over done it but worked okay nothing heavy duty

The shredder works but it was obviously used, returned and resold as new to me.

The product looks bigger in the picture, but that wasn't the problem, when I received it I connected the shredder, threee simple sheets and it stopped to work, means it is broken, only reverse runs, but I brought it out of town and I can't return it. Big problem I feel dissapointed for the poor efficiency of this shredder and the brand. Some times Blind purchases on line are not worth it.

I bought this item online. I opened it right away once it shipped to my house and when i opened it, it had already been opened and used. How dissapointing!

I bought this for my mom to shred docs that she otherwise would have held onto indefinitely as they're private and contain personal info. It is exactly what I wanted for her, compact, doesn't take up much space, and will shred quickly and efficiently. She loves it!

Sits on my shelf, shred my junk mail right when I get in the door rather than throwing it on the shelf to collect dust until the time I pull out the old clunky shredder once every few months. Small unit but the cross cut is perfect to prevent longer items from backing up and jamming the machine

I love this shredder. No more pile of mail on my counter anymore. I placed this little shredder on my desk counter and each time I have mail to shred it goes there! very compact, light, and shreds what I need. Don't expect to shred 10 piece of paper at the same time but it will do the trick for everyday mail.

Works great. Had it for seven years now and it’s still going strong the perfect desk top shredder small and compact.

It's ok does what I need it to do. Kinda loud, noisy. It was cheap so that's why I bought it also it cross shreds paper- 2 pluses for me!!

worked very well for about a month then suddenly quit. the motor is running but won't accept paper to shred

I brought this shredder expecting it in excellent condition. I got delivered an item that is not even functioning at all . I guess you get what you pay for...
