When i first used this product it charged my phone 30% which for the price I kinda expected that. But after the third use it doesn't hold a charge. I am very disappointed.

We bought three of these. Returned one the next day due to faulty connection. A couple days later the second one failed. The connection seems too loose at the USB and any movement disconnects charge on all 3 that we purchased.

It was cheap, so I took a chance.. charged promptly, and charge lasted expected full charge duration the 1st time used only. Subsequent charges took exceptionally long, and the charge depletes too quickly each time used since

I love the concept of being able to charge your phone on the run. I was a bit disappointed with regards to how much charge it would actually yield. Been looking for a Aminals while you are on the run, this is a good product.

This did not work for my note 4 unfortunately. I'm thinking it may not have been strong enough for my phone? I'm not sure. But if you have a smaller phone or a different type/brand of phone maybe it will work for you.

It's a great looking product and it even feels good to the touch but you do not get a full charge. You get between 60%-70% charge.

So i bought this portable charger for my vacation. It let me down. I charged it and didn't use it for a day, when i went to charge my cell it made the connection noise as to charge and then disconnected. Not good..

Great for short term use but it does get very hot after a short while. I suppose other than that it does what it is meant to do. Love the different color variety.

I love my new pc, it's been years since I had a desktop. I prefer a desktop for my business over my laptop and this more than fits the bill!

It works 10% of the time and the 1 time I brought it to geek squad to look at it - it started to work with 0 problems. Anytime I need it, it never works.

I thought it would charge when not around a place to charge but I had to keep it plugged in and then later it wouldn't charge my phone! Don't know that it was charged enough or just died in between??

I thought the purpose of this was to have a backup charger when the battery on my phone runs out. However, even if it is fully charged, later in the day it will not charge my phone for very long.

I bought the first one, and when I tried it, it.didn't work at all, so I exchanged it for another. That one didn't work either, and was returned. I tried to charge my Ipod's with it to no avail.

This product was a waste of money. We charged it as directed in the instructions, used it once and that was it. Multiple attempts to charge the unit again failed. No power, no charge, nothing!

either I got a one time flawed item or this item just sucks. it does not hold a charge. It did in the beginning but a few weeks later it does not hold a charge. I'm going to return it with zeal!

Thiss usb charger barley holds a charge I would never recommend this to any one a complete was of money

The charge didn't last as long as the guy at the store claimed (2x the phone's battery). It barely charged it back to 100%. I ended up returning this and getting Insignia instead.

It does not work every time I attempt to use it. Once my phone display cuts off the charger no longer charges. It only charges while the display is on. and does not charge to 100%.

Dont buy. Wont charge enough. Items is not go enough to charch one phone. What a shame. But for the price on sale what can u expect. Just dont build them. Waste of time and money.

purchased one of these in georgia it lasted 10 days. Purchased another on cape cod and lasted a month. After 14 days best buy will not honor returns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TYPE CHARGER
