The first time I used this worked the second and third time I used it charged held only 2hrs, the 3rd time I let it recharge over night and when I used it charge only lasted 2hrs

The battery will charge my Samsung s6 to 15 percent and then it dies, but I also have to keep my screen on the whole time just for it to charge it was a huge waste of money.

It takes too long to charge( a full overnight is needed). It only provides appox 35% charge power. It does not fully charge my phone as I expected it to do. Very disappointed...

Tou get what you pay for. Was under 15.00 so I thought why not. Should have saved my cash.. takes for ever to charge device and will only charge it about 1/4

It did not charge my phone even though it was fully charged. It only worked for a couple of days and then stopped charging

Well if you are reviewing this product before making a decision. Stop and don't buy this device. It is a waste of money. It will only charge up to 47% full each time.

We bought a number of items all of which are great and Best buy had the complete selection of products we needed

This thing messed up my phone! After I charged it on the computer and connected it to my phone I couldn't use my phone. My phone doesn't work like it used too!!!

Bought this product when it was on sale but had to return it, tried to charge my cell phone galaxy S4 but even after an hour I was only able to get less than 30%.

Have these out as stocking stuffers. Who can't use a lil extra power from time to time. Good buy!!

I should have known that a 7.99 portable charger would have not done the job. Junk. Next time I will buy a more expensive one that has a reputable brand name.

It doesn't hold its charge so when I hpgo to use it on my dead phone it doesn't work. It looses its charge quickly

This charger didn't charge my Samsung Galaxy S5. I tried multiple cords, but it still didn't charge my phone. Works fine on my daughter's Galaxy S4 though.

I have brought this back to the store and it still will not work. For some reason when I am in your store it will charge but will not charge anywhere else.

Even though it is advertised for use with an iPhone 5, it did NOT fit and I had to return the item. The only reason I bought it was for charging my IPhone 5.

This is my third portable charger, one for me and two as gifts. Everyone is pleased with its performance.

The battery pack charges both my android and apple product which is exactly what I was looking for.

I charged it and doesnt want to charge my note 4. It works right when you plug it but than turns off.
