This battery ruined my phone. While it was charging my Iphone 4S, the battery did not keep a consistent charge, instead it kept turning the charge on and off (which also resulted in the phone constantly making the charging on and off noises). Not only did it mess up the phone while charging, it ended up ruining my phone because now my phone isn't even able to charge normally using the official Apple Iphone charging cable. Most of the time now it won't even charge when it's plugged in with the iphone cable and sometimes it'll say "incompatible".

This is by far the worst battery bank available on the market. I have tried two different ones from two different stores and both had the same failure. I charged it up initially as the manual tells you to do, then charged up my phone sucessfully only once. After that first time, it refused to work. I charged the battery bank up on different 5v/1a charges and as soon as I unplugged it, it was dead within 24 hours. I have not been able to charge my phone again since then. This thing is garbage, a waste of resources and a waste of money. Just another product out of the factory straight to some land fill. Steer clear of this product. Don't waste your time.

So far I have't gotten more than a 30% charge out of this thing. Is that it? I can get its for an emergency may not fully charge a phone. My phone charges in a snap with the actual charger. Maybe my expectations were to high.

It will charge your battery at least 50% if your battery is completely exhausted. It's perfect for trips.

It works for a few times. After time, it can only charge my phone for one minute and stops working. I exchanged it. But the new one had the same issue.

It don't lose power as fast as other portable chargers

I like my Lithium-Ion Battery! I also like the assortment of colors! I got 2 of them!

This portable charger will charge devices, but not necessarily to a full charge. The good news is, you can use the cable that came with your device which is handy.

As much as I wanted to love this battery pack I have to return. If used immediately after charging the battery pack then you're good. But if you have to wait... I charged the power pack in the morning and by the time I was ready to use it around 3pm it charged my phone for all of one second. Not exactly what I was looking for.

When I bought this I was impressed by how solid it felt, but the first one I got didn't charge at all, so I exchanged it, and the second one I got will charge a phone, but only about 20% before it dies. So its useful in a bind but not even remotely close to the charging capacity of other batteries.

This item will show fully charged when I plug into my phone it drains immediately while only charging the phone slightly. If I put it in my golf bag at start of a round and want to charge to listen to music it was often uncharged before I plugged it in. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY THIS... you get what you pay for. My 1st one did not even work for a day. I returned it and the 2nd one worked about 2 days. The charge will not stay on. Your phone has to be active for the charging to work. dont waste the money
