Adequate charger when I can't plug in

I had to take one back because it wouldnt charge my phone even though it was at a full charge. It overheats quickly which then causes it to stop charging your device. It can never get thru charging your phone before it overheats. I think it charged my phone 15% before it "needed a break" It takes a long time for it to charge itself up as well, much longer than my phone does itself. If you are in need to have a real cheap backup battery than get this, but there are much better options out there.
