I bought 3 of these for my kids, my daughter was the first one to open hers and use it. The direction say to charge it for 6hrs before using it so she did and the device only worked for ten minutes so when she charged it again she left it on the charger for 12 hrs got the same result so on her 3rd attempt she did a whole 24hrs and barley got 1hr use of it. So i returned the other 2 because they were not opened and am stuck with this one due to the fact she already opened it.

I didn't expect much more than 1 to 2 charges for the price. I would be happier if it at least charged my iphone twice. But not a bad deal for the money.

Good bargain and overall I'm happy with my purchase. Already told my friends about it. Just wish it had an indicator when it needs to be recharged.

Like the idea of being a compact back up battery source. But you have to remember to carry the USB adapter cord with you which it less compact.

I bought this to make sure that I could recharge my phone if I was away from an outlet for a length of time. It worked for one charge. I plugged it in at about 25% battery remaining and it only charged the phone to 75%. It worked one time. When I went to plug it into the wall to recharge it, it did not take a charge (I did check to make sure it was connected and plugged in properly and that the outlet was working). We have tried several times to recharge it and it will not take a charge.

I have purchased 2 other brands however neither one of the worked they always say third time is a charm I'm so pleased and glad this one actually work. ☺

I love my iPhone but it does tend to die quickly with all the work email and usage. I think this thing is awesome

Ipod ran out of juice in a 10 hour flight. Used this to charge it while I listened to the ipod. Worked great. Have recommended to others already

It is versatile and compact. Very easy to use and provides that emergency back-up when needed. I found the battery drained very quickly if I used it to charge my cellphone battery and took almost 2 hours to recharge if plugged into my computer and more than 2 hours if tried to charge via an AC outlet. and strange enough loses energy if the battery is not even being used at all (after 2 days). Nevertheless, it does what its supposed to when in a pinch.

It works for 1 charge, and kind of a pain to need 2 different cables. One for charging and one for iPhone.

Didn't realize doesn't work with Apple products due to connections.

Charged in the amount of time described. Convenient LED shows status of battery. Haven't used it enough yet to know how it performs over time

Throughly enjoy the performance for my Android phone. Not as fast charging as a wall socket but that is expected. Nice size battery for the price. Will be buying 2 more for friends

It's a great item to have only thing is how long it stays charged I would recommend it still.

I purchased many other brands and they did not last. My 15 year old son uses this charger when he is at school late and his phone battery is very low. This is a lifesaver thanks

This is a great item to have in your purse or car for emergency use. I don't like that the light stays on while you're charging because it's a very bright light. And if you leave the cord in but aren't charging anything the light stays on them too. Also, it does "leak" if you don't use it right away. So if you don't charge it every once in a while you might not have any power in it to charge anything when you need it.

It really helps me since my iphone battery dies very quickly. Im glad that I purchased it

I have been with best buy for over two years and i find it a blessing for me. When i go into the store everyone treat me with respect and always provide all my needs.

The cord should be a little longer and it should charge your item a little more
