I returned this item it was not what I was looking for.

I was looking for active connector, this was the wrong one.

Its the best and cheapest option to mirror your mac screen to tv. The best thing about this is he quality.

Needed a new adaptor for my laptop, works well, good price

I needed to connect my Surface Pro to a TV, but didn't want to spend the extra cash on the Microsoft branded cable that does the same thing. This adapter works perfectly!

Good adapter to switch mini to HDMI would buy again

too big, I have seen other versions smaller in the market.

Low cost and works great, I have not had any issues with it.

This device does it's job. It does exactly what it supposed to do I don't have any problems with it, I keep it in the living room or use it in another room when needed. Overall I'm getting what I paid for which is perfection

I've had several MacBooks with Mini DisplayPort (aka Thunderbolt) ports since 2012. Right now I own 3, but I lent one with my HDMI adaptor to a family member. I bought this, plugged it into the same computer (2013 MacBook Air) and cable as the other adaptor, and it didn't work. Just to make sure, I plugged a newer computer (with a USB-C to HDMI adaptor) and my TV and HDMI cable still work great. I don't know who finds this useful, but I doubt it's a Mac owner.

Works but short and not very flexible. Also seems to not always connect right. Monitor some times does not come on unless I unplug and plug back in. I would prefer a longer cord.

I plugged it in, and it works! I know it sounds simple but that's all that is needed with these types of product. I can't tell you how many times I have made a purchase with hopes that it works, and then it doesn't. This time that wasn't the case.

Works well on my MacBook and monitor. Easy to plug in and out.

I use this with my MS Surface Pro 4 and it works exactly as it's supposed to.

Works fine at home but the reason I bought it was to watch movies at a motel. Be advised, that will not work. There seems to be some sort of block to watching movies that way, presumably so that you will buy movies on demand.

Very cheap and good converter on comparation with the original of apple, works very well.

I was going to pay for the apple brand but i need also the vga and it was going to be too expensive. I am glad i found this instead and worked with my MacBook

I bought the insignia brand of this before that work well but for $10i had to try this one. It works just as well so the insignia has to go back lol.

Got this display adapter for linking multiple monitors to my development laptop. It works perfectly and the drivers are easy to obtain and instal.

I chose this one over other cheaply available adapters. But this one gave up just in 7 months. Will go for a cheap one now.
