Too big to fit in the adapter

I've tried it in two different cars and it has never worked properly. It could be that mine is simply a lemon but I'm very unhappy yes its only $5 but still I pay for a product it should work.

It was not worth the money as the charger could not be connected. The cable stuck half way down on the charger so it wasn't used. Definitely not worth my money.
