The cable worked with the other charger so it should have worked with this one also, but to double check I changed the USB cable and still no power to cellphone.

Wrong charger

Descriptions dont give charging power. No way to know if what pops up is what u are looking for. Had to return to store. Online purchase.

Hard to remove

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Both the product overview and product specifications state that this USB device is rated at 2.4 amps. It is actually only rated at 1 amp as the printed info on the product itself shows on the pictured item. There is also a discrepancy in the model number on this site and what appears on the product shown in the picture, so I figured there was a 50-50 chance the either the picture was wrong or the description was wrong. Fortunately I didn’t require the 2.4 amp output, but this item is just another 5 watt USB like the other model listed on this site. Get this corrected Best Buy.
