Unfortunately I picked up a mouse that was in opened packaging and had visible wear and tear. I’d assume this was a mouse used to accompany a computer that’s on display in the store. That’s the only reasonable explanation for the obvious wear and scratches. Again, the description stated this was to be a NEW item. Very disappointing.
