The mouse ends up shifting position all on its own. Scroll wheel is too sensitive-it either under scrolls in the normal position or over scrolls in the click/auto postion.

The product came in a box that was completely damaged. Luckily the mouse is working so far. The above review is only for the shipping as the product is working good.

Unfortunately, it stopped working after 3 weeks and after contacting BestBuy and being on the chat for 20 minutes, I was told I couldn't return or exchange it and had to contact the manufacturer on my own. I was told to google the manufacturer. I simply wanted to exchange and pay the difference for a more expensive mouse that would hopefully be made better and last longer than 3 weeks. I got no response from the agent. At this point, I will go to Target for my future purchases.
