I was a little nervous purchasing this off Best Buy Marketplace but man this couch is one of the best couches I’ve ever had. At 840 some bucks. 100% worth it. It has 2 storage compartments. You can turn it into a bed. All headrests recline back. The USB and C cord is extremely helpful. But for me it was storage and I needed a lighter color because I have 3 dogs. I can’t believe no one has rated it from what I saw I couldn’t find any. It’s an amazing couch and I know it’s good be cause I NEVER can sleep on one. I’ve done it twice now.

My husband and I needed a new couch as out old one broke and we searched everywhere for a good price. We finally came across this one and thought that maybe it was too good to be true, we were so wrong. This is by far the BEST couch we have ever had and it a lot more durable then I thought. The quality is impeccable for an assembling couch and we LOVE this this. The best feature by far if not all the storage and adjustable backs is the pull out section, it makes for AMAZING after church naps. If you are on a budget and need a new couch… THIS IS THE ONE!

Easy to assemble Super comfortable - I go to sleep like a baby Spacious - I mean 3 ppl sleep comfortably without even touching each other

Easy setup and , compact delivery. Very easy to load in to home and setup it up. Quality could be little more better. But for the price it does the job.

A one star review is too many but unfortunately zero isn’t an option. I was extremely disappointed when I unboxed this sofa. It showed up with visible stains (I took pictures & video) and was missing some of the assembly parts, so even if I wanted to, I couldn’t fully put it together properly. For something that was sold as brand new, that’s just totally unacceptable. I am a person that reads reviews before making an online purchase so based on the reviews as well as the price point, I bought the sofa. It’s extremely disheartening that my experience is nothing like what the reviews say. I contacted the company right away, and they did respond. They’ve agreed to send a replacement, which I appreciate, but am weary as to how the condition of the replacement sofa will arrive. I’ll update this review once the new sofa arrives and I can see if the issue is resolved. It’s also a HUGE inconvenience to figure out how I will return the sofa that I recieved. It’s completely unboxed & the parts are all over the place. This process will be time consuming as well as frustrating. For now, I can only rate based on what I received, and unfortunately, in no shape or form was this a good start.

Originally purchased for my family room, but my hubby stole it for his tv room.

is a very good couch i love it and it was damaged in the way but they fixed quick give me an other set replacement the couch is very cute and have a good style love the table on the side is the best and it converts too also seats go back and is a good couch im in love with it not sooo soft to go under when you sit is steady and comfortable i just got it so well see how is through the years but im in love

Pros -versatile set up Cons -very weak structurally, one of the boards broke first day -pull out bed comes off track very easily -VERY firm and you feel the springs in cushions -extremely short arms rests -very thin back cushions -not comfortable at all

Nice couch with the extra storage space it’s big enough to hold me and my girlfriend with my daughter in the middle

For the cost this sectional is functional. Easy to set up by yourself. Purchased for my children’s living room so it is alright.

I didnt get what i was promised . I tried calling in no one waants to help beat buy is saying this is from a third party. This doesnt make sense. I ordered it from a best buy app. Very disapointed
