Got this as a gift for her and she loves it. Its surprisingly quiet compared to a hair dryer...which, there is a hair dryer attachment. It's incredibly powerful, like any other dyson product. It feels solid. I actually made an outrageously expensive purchase that my wife LOVES. The price was definitely worth it. The case is awesome and it screams quality. A lot of the bad online reviews seems to be people that don't know how to use it properly. Read the instructions and you won't be disappointed!

Call dyson for for customer support and they said I would have to send back mine which could take over a week and they would have to inspect it and then resend a new one which they couldn’t give a timeframe for so I would be out of a hairdryer for at least a month even though they saw on video that it was faulty. I don’t know what else they need to check and why I should be left without a hairdryer for up to a month possibly more – should back up their products. I’m so disappointed. They said a replacement brush is not possible at the time because they are out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. I wish I had started using it when I first got it so I could’ve returned it to Best Buy but since I passed a 30 day window, that’s not possible. you would think after paying so much money for our product they would help a little bit more. Shame on DYSON!!!

Then five minutes after I started styling my hair, this machine turned off and I was not able to get it to work again. I had to return this product 3 days after I bought it! So so disappointed!

I blow it dry almost 80 percent with the round brush and my roots are still supper frizzy. I don’t understand how. Let me also state that my hair is extremely long and is all the way to my butt.
