Dyson has a history of making great products, and they didnt slack when they made this tower fan! I absolutely love it! First of all, the fan takes up minimal space. It has a very small footprint, especially when compared to other fans with standard blades that push the air. This tower fan doesn't have blades. It simply has the air multiplier feature that, in my opinion, spreads the air flow wider than a normal fan. It also comes with a remote control which allows a person to increase or decrease the fan speed. It also allows you to control the motion of the fan to broadcast air left to right. The fan doesn't pull air from behind it like most fans. The base actually has vent holes that pull air from below the fan and push it through the top of the fan. If you are looking for a fan that produces a lot of noise, this is not the fan for you. It is a lot quieter then a normal fan. It came well packaged and was fairly easy to assemble. It was essentially three pieces. The flat base, the fan motor, and the top where the air comes out. The white color of the fan does seem to attract/collect dirt easily. Over all, im happy with this fan!

Looks great in the room. The cost is majorly due to the aesthetics, not the strongest fan but I am using it to move my AC around and it should work just fine.

Keeps you feeling cool with the hot and humid days we have during Indian Summer. We really like the fact that the fan is so quiet.

This fan works as you expect a Dyson would. It keeps the room cold and helps provide just the right amount of white noise.

This is a case of you get what you pay for and this fan is as quiet and powerful as you would expect. Its an issue of how much you value a quiet fan.

The design is interesting and nice to look at but the power is not great. It is quiet at low settings.
