Easy setup & operation. Extremely quite while running.

I wanted a fan that was bladeless so my one and a half year old daughter wouldn't get her hands hurt! This fan being bladeless obviously hit that point but the built in cooling and the remote are nice features that make it even nicer. My only reason for rating four stars instead of five is that the remote had to have a direct view of the base of the fan, if an rf remote were to have been with it instead I'd easily rank the full five stars. Would recommend still!

A very lightweight and stylish design that works. Incredible! My only issue is that the oxalate buttons do not work on the remote. Because of that reason I docked it one star.

Cool breeze. AC unit went out for a day and although it is not continuous it provides a really refreshing experience.

I just purchased my second one of these. I have had the first one for years--can't remember how long. The motor was making a funny noise, so I thought it was time for a new one. When setting up the new one I accidentally knocked over the old one and a bunch of hard dust came out of the bottom portion of the fan where the blade are. I took it outside and gently hit it on the ground and knocked loose so much hardened dust it was so gross. I did not realize it was full of that and that. So, I recommend cleaning this fan regularly and I mean probably several times per week. You can use a gentle brush to go around the intake (small holes around the base) and over time you will see dust coming out of those holes. Also, wipe around the inside of the top part where the air blows out to keep it free from dust. Also try not to put in on the floor where it will intake more dust around the bottom. I really learned my lesson today. I had no idea it was that disgusting on the inside.

It does the job like no other fan does, is quiet and takes just the right amount of space since I live in a small apartment. I'm happy with my purchase and I do recommend it.

This fan is exactly what I wanted. Easy to operate with remote that magnetically attaches to top of fan. Easy to keep clean is what attracted me to this fan. Does an excellent job of moving the air, is quiet and operates flawlessly!

This fan is works good. I like how quiet it is and it does cool you down as long as you keep it pointed at you. I like the fact that it’s bladeless so I don’t have to worry about the hastle like a normal fan or about having my kids getting there hands sticking there hands in the blade. Yes it is expensive , the only reason I bought this fan was because it was $100 cheaper then at Walmart and I work from home so it is a good investment for me. I give it 4 stars because of the steep price.

This fan works great and is easy to use. Really enjoy it in my room or my daughter's room

Not really worth the price of admission if you ask me. It's a fan... It blows air. My gf has allergies and loves it since no blade so that's a plus I suppose. But I'm sure there is cheaper solutions somewhere.

Great design provides a great amount of air to exchange through your room working seconds get retains a child safe environment with low noise output from the fan extremely happy with purchase and considering buying another soon!

This is THE 2nd time that I have purchased a Dyson Cool Fan in the Last Month or so!! It works so great that I have 2 at my House and 1 in my Office at Work!! The best investment if you wanna stay cooooool!

This fan is perfect for anyone. You just leave it on the floor and have it turn in your direction. It puts out an awesome amount of airflow. It has 10 different speed settings.

Even though this is not the most recent model and a bit expensive, I really like this. It has 10 speed options and under 5 it is pretty quiet. It doesn't pull the air out from the back, so it can't pull out the hot air from the room, but it's fine with me. The remote controller works great. There is no noise when it spin. There is no sound when we turn this on or off. Overall this is a great fan to a family with an infant.

I have been impressed for several years with the smaller Dyson Desk Fan. I decided to replace on older, noisy tower fan with the newer Dyson Tower Fan. It was well worth the expensive price tag and is a far superior and quieter replacement. It really moves air efficiently and I appreciate the remote control and timer setting that turns the fan off after a preset length of time. I also like that it oscillates back and forth. All in all, it is an excellent fan. I would buy one again.

Best cooling fan ever the air quality is superior no dust being thrown around does not collect dust and requires almost no maintenance. We have one with an air purifier which is much better than this one but this is still amazing if you can’t afford the higher one

Like all Dyson products it's expensive but it's really worth the money as it's the best room cooler and is much quieter than other fans I have had and reduces the need to notch the A/C down so a very good purchase
