Quiet and powerful tower fan. Picking up at the store was as scheduled. Good product and good staff

Can't leave this thing without feeling warm in this apartment. And I'm only on the first floor. Mother decided not to turn the ac back on about 2 months ago so this was my decision. The air is definitely cool even on 1 going up to ten. Good ambient sound to sleep to. Good purchase. Requires some dusting though. I've yet to take it apart fully to clean the filter. Simple enough when the time comes.

I've had a previous generation Dyson Cooling and Heating unit (when they had no purifiers then.) It was amazing! It changed the temperature. This so called Cool tower does not cool. It's just a fan. If that's all you want, get it. I did not want the dual unit with a Hepa filter. Sadly, that's the business model now: repeat filter purchases. I was buying with high expectations. Again, if all you want is a good quality, beautiful fan, which is relatively expensive, then buy it. For me, it did not keep the room cold enough on a hot day. My old tower is still beautiful and working. I still love Dyson but this was disappointing.

I have a terrible problem with fans collecting dust when not in use then when I try to use it, the dust bunnies cause my allergies to go haywire. This family however has no blades of the dust stays away. If I do spot some dust, it is easy to clean.

Needed this for our board room at work. AC wasn’t working properly and needed a quick fix for the upcoming meetings. This fan was so quiet we forgot it was in the room. Even though this has no AC capabilities, it was able to circulate the air well enough that the room felt much cooler.

This fan is great, definitely worth the price. I would recommend to anyone.
