Perfect tower fan!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surprised at the strength of the fan, this one blows harder than my other Dyson’s; maybe cause it’s just a fan and doesn’t have a filter. Only complies it is a little loud on the highest setting

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this product. We bought it when our A/C went out this summer and we could not get it fixed until one month later. It helped us stay cool during the night for a few weeks.

Fan
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a pow high price fan which means if the air is hot the fan blows hot air but it does feel slightly cooler. I may be hot natured but GA heat is g he ard to battle.

no blades on this fan
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this fan as a gift. It's very quiet. Don't know how it works without blades.
I would recommend this to a friend Girlfriend asked me to buy it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely would spend this kind of money on something that has so few functions. This is a fan. The only purpose of the fan is to move air. Luckily, this fan is very good at doing what is designed to do. My favorite thing about the fan is how quiet it is. Nothing I hate more than the monotone drone of a loud fan. I understand the design concept is to be streamlined and clean, however after a few months of use, the biggest complaint I have is related to the controller. The buttons are small and offer no tactile response. In the dark, I can't determine the orientation of the controller and therefore have problems finding the correct buttons. The controller does not light up. The timer and the fan speed are located adjacent to one another and are in the exact configuration. Often, I indent to adjust the fan speed and unknowinly set the timer. It can be a frustrating experence to wake up with the fan off and feeling overheated. I would not spend that amount of money on this fan again. I would pay 1/2 to 2/3 the price to get a version with an upgraded control system (perhaps wifi/sync). And, it should go without saying, that girlfriend that so freely spent my money is no longer.

Posted .Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your support. Our AM07 Air Multiplier is our newest machines that have been re-engineered to be up to 75% quieter and more energy efficient without compromising performance. The fan has re-engineered airflow paths for reduced air turbulence. This makes it quieter and more energy efficient. The remote control works from a distance of up to approximately 4 metres. The machine can still be operated without a remote, albeit with reduced functionality. Pressing the power button will turn the machine on and off. If you press and hold the power button, the airflow setting will increase up to 10, before reducing back to 1. We are continuing to upgrade our designs on our machines throughout the years. I hope the information provided was helpful. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at: askdysonus@dyson.com. Best wishes, Christina.
