It is convenient. It heats up the space efficiently. It is remote controlled so that I manage the heater according to my needs. Liked it!!!

It heats our large, drafty living room well! We haven't had to use the fan feature, but I'm sure that will work well too! I also like that it's portable!

It looks really nice but may be overpriced. Remote control allows me to be super lazy and adjust speed and direction. Price may be worth it just for that. :)

Perfect fan for a bedroom or smaller room. The cold is actually cold and the heat works well also. Great product.

If you want a good heat/fan option then this is the dyson for you. Also helps that I got a great deal on it.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as he has been wanting one for a long time. He loves it... great fan for cooling and very nice heater!

This is our 4th Dyson fan purchase. My family loves how quiet and powerful these fans are. We now have one in every bedroom.

Basically I bought this Dyson Fan Heater at full price, $449.99. As of today its $399.99. So obviously with any electronics, the price will go down. But if you have the patience to wait and purchase a nice piece of tech, I would. But if you need to get the job done, regardless of getting cooled in the summer or warm in the winter, I would buy cheaper separate items to get each individual needs fulfilled. Reason being, the fan feature pretty much does what any other tower fans do for a price range of $50 -$80. The Dyson has the timer function up to 9 hours, fan power from 1 to 10 (which in my opinion feels no different than the low, medium, high settings on any fans), revolving head, ability to tilt the head up or down. And so does any other regular tower fans. The only other option is this focused and dispersed fan mode. Essentially it allows the air to come directly to you (focused) or spreads the air in (dispersed mode). The focused mode, I can't complain much since it reaches up to about 15 feet away and does the job when I'm sleeping, but it will get faint if farther than that, obviously. Now the dispersed mode is what gets me. Maybe I'm not testing this right, but in fan mode it arcs out the wind like a cone. But you can't feel any sort of air in the middle. So if you have friends sitting on each ends of the couch and you're sitting in the middle, essentially you won't feel a single breeze. Only your friends on the right and left. But who knows, it might work better with the heater function, but I haven't dared to test it out in this summer heat. And I think the dispersed mode has something to do with how Dyson has the air coming out from the inner rims of the fan. But to sum it up, its a nice piece of tech that aesthetically is pleasing, but other than that, it just doesn't offer much in its price range.

This was a significant find in both function and capabilities. The Dyson is amazingly efficient and quiet, heating/cooling my garage.
