I am still using it till this day. The cooling fan option is a bit weak but useful. Heater is great with auto cut off thermostat. Definitely recommend friends.

Works fine and looks slick. Noisier than expected except on lower settings. Moves a lot of air. Focus mode is kinda worthless. Heat also works well.

Puts out cold air but isn’t measured by degrees it’s measured ban fan speed. The faster the colder (obviously” but I wish it was degree controlled like the heater on the device.

This is one my our favorite fans. Being in Arizona, we probably won't need to use the heater much, but it is really nice to have the option.

In my opinion more attractive than other personal heater/coolers. The heater does hum a little louder than the fan but not disruptive. Wish it came with the air purifier.

This is a great heater without all the typical "dangers" associated with space heaters. It does an awesome job at heating a room. Not so much for cooling, but for a heater, you can't go wrong.

Just like any other Dyson product, this one does not disappoint. Great for heating up small spaces. Great quality, and best part is that I can use in the summer as well.

It replaced a smaller heater. My house is a 100 year old Victorian, very hard to heat. I sew on the third floor. this is perfect for me and my 2 dogs.

Love this for small rooms. 4 and under on the fan settingbis pretty quiet anything above that and its gets a little louder. Overall great product.

Purchased this for my daughter in Arizona. Does a great job of circulating the air and filtering the Arizona dust.

This heater fan is everything I was expecting and more. It is quieter than previous ones and it heats up quickly and when needed cools really well. Wonderful product of excellent quality.

Love it! The hot and cool feature is very useful for all 4 seasons. Too bad it is so short. Other than that, the settings are very easy to use like all Apple products.

Awesome heater with a thermostat for the winter in a bedroom. Keeps the room warm and shuts off when it reaches the temp you set it at.

Great fan, BUT if you lose the remote, pretty much all you can do is turn it on and off.

I already have one which is why I bought another one. I recommended it to my daughter and she is going to get one. Saves on energy costs from other heaters also.

I've been using this fan almost daily for a year. No issues except I may need to grease it, as it makes a creaky sound when it oscillates.

I purchased my second (maybe I'm a sucker?) Dyson heat-cool fan in August 2018. It worked fine until March 2019. Then it began to display the error and blew only cool air, like my first one began to do after two years. It could be because of power failures in our area, or the fans themselves just are not made to last very long. I should send it to Dyson since it is under warranty, but is it worth the cost of postage? For the price of this product they should last way longer!

Love the fan in the way it operates, I was disappointed that the remote gave out not long after buying it. Have another similar Dyson fan with no issues.

First fan we bought shortened out after one week of use. New fan seems to be working so far. Easy to use. Have not used heating setting yet.

This heater and cooler fan is An awesome little guy. It’s really good and the quality is awesome! A must have for all dyson users!
