It’s been a horrible service from Best Buy customer service to get my rewards back which I used to purchase, will never shop here.

This particular tool was not designed to work with our cord-free vacuums. However, we do carry an adaptor piece, that would fit between the tool and your vacuum, which would allow this tool to attach and work with your cord-free. Posted .Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Articulating hard floor tool was designed for use with our corded upright and canister model vacuums. While it technically can be used with our V7 cord-free machines, you are correct in that you would need an adaptor piece to fit between the tool and your vacuum. This is because the V7 and newer cord-free machines have our quick-release attachment mechanism which this tool does not offer. This piece picks up most things but also pushes it around and sometimes you have to go back over it. The Dyson soft floor (fluffy) attachment from Dyson might work better but I wasn't going to spend the money on it since my current Dyson is 5 years old and not sure how much longer it will last.
