    I returned because I did not like the vacuum cleaner. I ordered online at the same time as the Vacuum but it came two weeks before the vacuum was shipped when I returned the vacuum they did not want to take the floor tool back but finally agreed because it is designed to be used with only the Dyson vacuum.
