Brought my air levels to completely pure after being plugged in and running for any 30 minutes

I have a levoit purifier that cleans the air better than this. The suction doesn’t seem to change and doesn’t do much. The fans is okay but for the price you’d think it would be better than what it is. Not impressed to say the least. I’m still seeing so much dust in the air around this one compared to my levoit which sucks up everything and for a fraction of the cost.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years, trusting this company for everything from small electronics to high-ticket items. I can say with certainty that my recent experience has completely shattered that trust. A recent issue with one of their premium products exposed a combination of defective merchandise, unhelpful customer service, and rigid policies that left me completely unsupported, despite being a long-term, high-spending customer. Attempts to request reasonable goodwill assistance were flatly refused, even when the defect was documented, widespread, and occurred shortly after the warranty expired. The “loyalty” I had assumed mattered apparently counts for nothing. This experience has completely changed my perception of Best Buy. I can no longer recommend them, and I will be reconsidering every past purchase in light of how they treat customers when things go wrong. Loyalty means nothing if a company refuses to stand behind its products or support its customers. I hope this review serves as a warning to others: premium products and long-term patronage will not protect you from being dismissed. I will also be applying this review to my previous purchases because the pattern of service failure extends beyond just one product or incident.

I love my Dyson air purifier, I have it on 24/7 and I noticed better air.

I have asthma and allergies and this has changed my life the air feels cleaner and even eliminates bad smells.

It’s alright. Wish you could switch between using the fan and the filter. Would like to use it when windows and doors are open without filtering the air at the same time. Bummed about the lack of feature

So far so good i always heard about this dyson products no t just about how good they are, but how expensive can be as well, but i took my chances and why not ,let's try it, well so far its been a quite awesome experience as a matter of fact my next purchase will be a dyson vacuum for sure, this air purifier is so quiet that i sometimes had to double check it just to make sure it's on it really is a great product well worth the price
