Looked like it was thrown from a truck. Fan, however, is the most awesome fan I have ever owned. Best Buy not much help correcting their deluvery errors.

Just one complaint is that the speed zones could be more powerful. My room is larger so this may not be a problem for most people. I buy on sale which made it a good value and I like the air purifier function.

I would recommend this to a friend Motor Malfunctioned After 3 Months

I purchased in late June 2025 and motor started making loud noise in September. I contacted Dyson’s customer service and they instructed me to mail the fan back. I could not find a box to ship the fan with so I just ended up driving it the 45 minutes to the service center. I was given a claim ticket and told they would follow up shortly. It has now been three months and I cannot contact anyone at the service center. I have left multiple voicemails with no response. I have also contacted Dyson customer service twice and their response is to reach out to the service center. I am On a carousel that goes nowhere. For a company that has a warranty for such an expensive product, they sure make it difficult to use it.

I do not recommend this item. Although I have always liked this company for other products, this is not something i would recommend. It did not feel sturdy and it was in the way.
