Filter Does the Job!

They work as advertised, do not fail or fall apart and they trap an amazing amount of particulate. I buy them from BestBuy because they have them in stock, deliver them promptly, and offer them at the same price as Dyson. I have found that Dyson Customer Service is lacking and their parts system to be confusing. So for me...its BestBuy.

Fits my Dyson air purifier

First I bought a wrong size (other model that was the only one available at the store) and realized it was too big so exchanged it at Best Buy with no problems.

Only use Dyson genuine Air Filter replacements

I use it in a small office which has hardwood flooring and I dust mop daily. I replace the filter every 2 years because it lasts that long! I also have a bird cage with 2 birds in my small office. If you have a hardwood floor and dust mop everyday, you'll get more from the filter than recommended replacement. I also clean the unit which also helps the filter life span.

Won't be disappointed

I have two daughters with asthma and we all have allergies and run our Dyson air purifiers 24 hours a day and these last for months.
