    Exactly three months Error F3 appears - I call customer service- after attempting to restart it a few times they tell me I need a new filter which I tell them I bought one when I got this - they proceed to tell unfortunately because I bought it from Best buy they can’t confirm it’s a genuine filter , continue to tell me that could be the problem , I asked ok but what about the the warranty - they said unfortunately I will have to buy a new new one or order a filter through customer service at which time to call and see if that solves the problem .

    I’ve had my Dyson for 3 years now, I bought 2 more since then. I’ve always bought the compatible filters only because the price on the original is ridiculous. But the compatible never gave me the performance of the original dyson.

    It only lasted 29 days and it supposed to be at least 6 months. I dont know whats wrong but its not cool

    A $70 air filter. The directions to replace are complicated and my filter alert is still flashing after I changed it. I change the filter the alert should clear right, no, not with this fan.

    1 year life stsred on box. Dyson wont support the unit if you buy the filter from anyone but their website.

      Hi, this is Summer with Dyson. The filters will need to be replaced once a year if the machine is ran for 12 hours a day. If you run it for 24 hours a day, it is about every 6 months. There is also an auto mode that you can set it on when you need to and it will be like a stand by mode and clean the air as needed to help the filter life as well. As for the replacement filters, they can be purchased from Dyson directly or from an authorized retailer.

    This filter is garbage with a daily constant error message. Next time I order directly from Dyson since this product is garbage.

    Very bad handling. It came opened, no seal, just wrapped, filter had some dust and hairs on it.

    We have had a great experience with these filters. Easy to install and change out, last several months, and they work well. We run our fan every single day and these last. We’ll keep purchasing them everytime we need a replacement.

    This filter WORKS. I have the Dyson Pure Cool TP01 which I love. I've only had to change the filter once in a year and a half, so the price of the filter is worth it. When i changed the old filter it was COVERED in dust and pet hair. Ive seen other generic ones for cheaper but i dont mind spending a little extra for a year of cleaner air. We have 2 long haired cats, so this is an essential for me!

    Easy to get the genuine product from Best Buy for a good price and so easy to change and put this new filter in the purifier. It looked like it might be complicated), but quite the opposite - no tools, no mess, very quick.

    Genuine Dyson, arrived quickly, same price as Dyson website, can't ask for much more. As a side note unrelated to quality; holding the power button in for 6 seconds did not reset my filter warning, I had to use the Dyson iPhone app.
