It's scratched up all around the outside & part of the bottom "seal" on the inside is sticking out (unattached). I should have ordered directly from Dyson & I absolutely will next time!

Returnef and thry did not sell the filter i needed, i just purchased my dyson 1 yr agi. Not happy they do not carry filter. Ordered from dyson in the end. Shame on best buy

Funny smell

The original filter that came with with the unit did not do this so I can only deduce that this one is defective.

I run my Dyson 24/7 and immediately notice a difference, the air is fresh and clean. Looking at my old filter you can see all the stuff it filters, mostly dust in our place. Get a new filter if you love your Dyson and want it to perform as the factory intended.
