Customers are saying

Customers find value in the HP04 Pure Hot + Cool's air quality improvements, heating capabilities, and quiet operation. Many appreciate its ease of use and the helpful app, while some find the sleek design appealing. However, the high price point is a common concern, and some customers note the unit's larger-than-expected size. A few users reported occasional performance issues.

It does what i want it to do, it has some really cool features but its alittle frustrating to use at times. I am not fond of the touch screen navigation. I am sure i will learn it with time. I like everything else about it and think its worth it especially if you have any google products in your home.

So glad I purchased this item. The price almost scared me away but in the end I'm glad it didn't. As a year round allergy sufferer I set the purifier to "Auto" and it adjusts itself depending on the elements. A bonus is the Hot + Cool feature. Everything can be controlled via the Dyson App on the smartphone. It's more than convenient. A GOOD purchase!
