They are high quality and work great. I have to say, this fan was a disappointment, especially for the price you pay for it. Not a good air flow unless at #9 or 10. Our old tower fan was great at "low" speed. The purifier was just so-so. I have an Air Dr that keeps our air clean in another room. I brought it into the room when the purifier was doing it's thing, which seemed to take a while to get back to a good level. With my Air Dr, it was good in a matter of minutes. Sad to say, I returned this fan.

The HP04 automatically detects airborne particles and harmful gases, and captures 99.95% of those particles in the sealed HEPA filter. It heats in the winter, cools in the summer, and purifies the air, all year round. To begin, the fan has the sleek futuristic look you expect from Dyson. Even with that said, it blends in to just about any decor to the point of not being obvious. When unpacking, the quality of the device quickly becomes apparent. This one stands about two and a half feet tall and is quite sturdy. There is a full function remote that operates off of IR however you can also control most functions via smart device; iPhone, iPad or android. And yes, you can control the fan when you are away from home via the app. As for the features of the unit, it can heat and cool approximately 400 sq ft. It has the ability to be run manually or automatic based on settings you program; room temperature, humidity or time. As for it's operation, it is extremely quiet and you can set the the unit to send a constant breeze or oscillate from 45 degrees up to 350 degrees view the remote app or on the device. Air flow can be can be directed forward or backward in cooling mode but is restricted to forward when in heating mode. The fan can also be manually tilted to send air up or down. Overall this is one spectacular device that is ideally suited for a location where you need to warm or cool without adjusting the temperature in the entire house.

But suddenly the heat was stop working so frustrated. Then i took back to bestbuy for exchange, but still haven’t get the new one back. Kind of disappointed for the product.
