Good faith fans very good for you and I hope that better

My Dyson (less than a month since i purchased it ar the time of this review) makes a high pitched noise that is pretty annoying. Many people on the internet are also finding this noise and there is no way to fix it. However, it cools well and heats up decently.

Does everything I was hoping for. Nice heater and clean air

Purchased this for my office to regulate the temperature and clean the air of harmful particles, especially when I have clients over. I like the wifi so I can turn on or off remotely and check certain stats while I'm away. This was a great deal on Black Friday and my only regret now is not getting two so I can have one at my home office.

I’ve been looking at Dyson fans for years. I finally pulled the trigger and got one this Spring. It’s a conversation piece in my office at work and I’ve had to move it so people stop touching it. The remote is very convenient and I like that it monitors the air quality.

Great fan. Filters are easily replaceable. Helps with cleaning filtering the air of pollen and dust. It comes with a remote. Would be a nice feature if the remote can attached to the fan when not in use. The four stars is based on the price. It is expensive and the filter replacement is, too.

I have some mean allergies and my bedroom has some serious dust problems. Got the fan and first day I had it, severe air quality was what I had. I couldn't believe it. I use it daily and I love the heat option too. These winter nights have been more pleasant with clean heated air.

Love this machine. It keeps the air fresh and warm in our unheated back porch (About 350 square ft) The app is great too. My only suggestion for improvement would be the ability to be able to turn on the heat with the phone app. Currently you can only turn on the air cleaner remotely.

I’m in love with this thing. It’s so much nicer and better designed than any other air purifier I’ve owned. Obviously this purifier has very nice premium features. Regardless of all of that, it does the core functionality of air purifying extremely well and more effectively than most other air purifiers. I can’t praise this thing enough. You absolutely get what you pay for. Tests and comparisons between other purifiers show that this is one of the best performing air purifiers. And that’s due to Dysons attention to detail and engineering. The filters are airtight, so that air doesn’t slip past the filters, and is circular rather than flat so it sucks in air from all directions. Combined with the powerful bladeless airflow and 350 degree oscillation, this unit circulates air through the room/filter more effectively than others. That can be said of ALL Dyson purifiers. The things that set this one apart are the app functionality, sensors, display, and heater. The heater in auto mode works very well, by using the built in sensors it’s able to maintain the set temperature and only blow hot air when needed rather than constantly blowing heat. If you want the absolute best of Dysons purifiers, this is the one to get.

Heats a medium sized room in a minute or two. Detects impurities in air, in astonishing time. Tested with the air freshener sprayed at the other end of the room and saw the meter react almost immediately. However, at speed settings 1, 7 and 10 the device makes a loud whistling noise. Like a tea kettle right before it really goes off. This is unacceptable at the price I paid, even though it included a steep discount. I will likely exchange as defective, but this store doesn't currently have any in stock to replace it with. Which means waiting for an order to ship. Which means me being chilly for a week or so. I'll update if I do exchange it. Got a good enough deal that it may not be worth the hassle. Full Disclosure: I am a BestBuy employee.

Easy to use, provides constant cleaned air flow and love the automation through the app. No complaints here and glad I made the purchase. I just wish the heating was also controllable via the app however I totally understand the safety concerns.

Purchased on 6/9/19 and it died on 9/25/19. No response to the power button except for a couple of beeps. Contacted Dyson and they want me to send it back on my own dime. We longer have the box. I'm infuriated, sitting here on a 100 degree day with no air conditioner in my apartment, and now, no fan. I contacted Dyson through the built-in app for the iPhone. After a protracted text exchange, the operator texted me an exchange reference number and a link. No directions on where to send it to just a link asking if I've sent it, yet, and what is the tracking number? What's wrong with this picture? So, dead product after 100 days, not that we use it daily, a minimum fee of $60 to box it and send it back for exchange. No idea on where to send it. And I'm outside of my return window with Best Buy. Not happy.

We just got a new puppy and been using this keep our bedroom cool and clean. Its help a lot. The cool is not really cold- its more like a lot of air blowing that makes it feel cool. I'm not sure if that's how it suppose to work. The HOT does sure make it nice and warm on the cold nights. I love it

We recently added a puppy to the family and wanted to keep dog hair and dander in the air to a minimum. Not only does this meet this need, it also keeps us informed of the air quality in the house and what is reported outside. I don't like that you cannot change the temperature with the remote, I don't understand that one...still not enough to take a star away.

This is exactly what I needed for the office. This cools and heats and purifies the air, and all with the convenience of a remote that attaches magnetically to the top of the fan so you don't lose it and also with the convenience of an app! Dyson knocks it out of the park once again on another fine product!

Just like the rest of my Dyson things I LOVE LOVE this machine. I moved into a new construction home and was really concerned about all the residue dust and the new paints fumes. My house smells purified because I left it off for a few hours and really noticed the difference. Well worth the money!
