Worked fine until i wanted to move from bedroom to living room. Turned fan off and then unplugged it to move it. When i plugged it back it in it wouldnt turn on. No sign of any power on the screen. Called dyson and they could not figure out what was wrong. Luckly enough i was able to return and get a refund

They are high quality and work great. I have to say, this fan was a disappointment, especially for the price you pay for it. Not a good air flow unless at #9 or 10. Our old tower fan was great at "low" speed. The purifier was just so-so. I have an Air Dr that keeps our air clean in another room. I brought it into the room when the purifier was doing it's thing, which seemed to take a while to get back to a good level. With my Air Dr, it was good in a matter of minutes. Sad to say, I returned this fan.

The HP04 automatically detects airborne particles and harmful gases, and captures 99.95% of those particles in the sealed HEPA filter. It heats in the winter, cools in the summer, and purifies the air, all year round. We're sorry we missed the mark with this appliance, and understand that you've taken time to return the unit for a refund.
