The screen does not switch on. I have to take it to service center

When I first plugged the unit in, the air quality meter was red! After an hour or two of running, it had come down to green! It also helped dissipate the smell of the mornings breakfast. I ran it while I vacuumed our hardwood floors and noticed a reduction in dust floating around as the sun came in through the blinds. It also picks up a lot of bunny fur from our little holland lop!

wow....just wow is the first thing that comes to mind. The feature list of this fan is incredible: build quality is perfect and attention to detail is unlike any fan I have ever seen before. I have a Dyson animal canister vacuum that is around 7 years old and still going strong so I have confidence that this will also last. As far as the features here's what it does. Bluetooth/WiFi (really, a fan needs Bluetooth/Wifi? lol) but the app actually works well and makes adjusting the fan and getting information super easy. The remote control can also be used to make adjustments but the app has more information. Filtration is a combination of a HEPA filter and a secondary charcoal filter, the only con for this is that the filters are non-washable so you need to purchase a new one when its time, there is a graphical monitor to let you know the condition of the each individual filter. Now comes the monitoring stuff. This fan monitors the air for particulates at 2.5 microns, 10 microns, VOCs, Nitrogen Dioxide, temperature and humidity, all this is done real time with logging for 24 hours. it actually works and is fast responding. I vape, and used it next to the fan and it immediately responded with air quality warnings and kicked up to high speed to clear the air, after it was done it changed back to the normal mode. As far as being a fan, it has 10 speeds, 1-4 are super quiet and cant be heard, while 10 is noisy but not like a vornado. Its not as strong as a vornado but the air flow feels more like an even wall of air as opposed to a column of air coming at you. You can tilt it up or down, oscillate from 45 degrees all the way to 350 degrees. Put this in the center of a room and it will cover the whole thing. Its got a timer from 15min to 9 hours. The heater works very well and puts out a nice even warming, whats great is that you set the temperature and the fan automatically adjust speed and heat to match, once it reaches the set temp is slows down to a wisper quiet speed to maintain the temp. In summary this is the most advanced fan I have ever seen. I never would have imagined that I needed a fan like this but until you actually use it you can't appreciate the design and features. Since using it I have changed my tune and now think that is is actually a great fan and I would recommend it. I have always walked past the Dyson fans in the store thinking who in their right mind would spend several hundred dollars on a stupid fan, after using it I can see the appeal of it.

After 2 weeks of using the new Dyson Pure Hot + Cool 400 Sq. Ft. Smart Tower Air Purifier, I have come to like using it on a daily basis. It is quiet and works but comes at a super high cost. The heat it gives off feels great and warms you gently without feeling like you are being dried put like a pound of beef jerky in a smoker. I currently have been using it in our kitchen since it is the largest room with the highest ceiling in our home and keeping it warm is not easy. The cooling feature works well but don't expect air conditioner style cooling. It is more a personal cooling fan, aim it at you and enjoy. I do like the 45 to 350 degrees of oscillation, this makes for spreading the heated or "cooled" air being spread much nicer. The purifier seems to work for the air being blown at you but I have to be honest, I notice no difference in the way the air smells. It has some fancy monitor, I do not know if it really does anything. The built in wifi/bluetooth is overkill on this as well. The unit is nice but to be honest, 4 stars is because of the typical overpriced item from Dyson. The unit is worth $200 in real life, not the Dyson world. Hopefully it lasts longer than their vacuums, I have never had luck with them. I would not recommend this to a friend or family member because of the price point, so many heating and cooling devices out there for much cheaper. If you have money to burn and want a unusual fan that takes up a lot of space and does work, I recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about it. Not only does it keep my home at the perfect temperature year-round, but it also ensures that the air we breathe is clean and fresh. The heating and cooling functions are a dream come true, providing comfort in all seasons. No more lugging around heavy heaters or fans. Plus, the purifier feature is fantastic, especially for allergy-prone folks like me. It removes dust, pollen, and pet dander from the air, making our home feel healthier. The design is sleek and modern, and the remote control makes it super convenient to adjust settings from anywhere in the room. It's surprisingly quiet, too, which is a huge plus. While it's an investment, the Dyson Heat and Cool Purifier is worth every penny for the comfort and air quality it provides. I can't imagine my life without it now.

The number one thing I like about it is that it never has to leave my living room regardless of the season not only because it provides both heating and cooling but also that it looks so darn good. Then you add the fact that it's an air-purifier is a huge bonus. I also really like the fact that this is a blade-less unit where there are no moving parts. That also probably aids in creating a broader flow of air than a channel of air like most fans. Noise: It is VERY quiet at the lower speeds (it has 10 speeds) but level 10 is very noticeable but not annoying. At it's lower settings it's hardly noticeable so it's easy to sleep with it running. I also like that it has 5 different settings for oscillation from everything from no oscillation to rotating completely and it will still oscillate even when tilted, which it can do. The air purification works well and my significant other and myself have sensitive noses so we are pretty sensitive to smells. I cook fish inside the house quite a bit and it removes almost all of the smell. Do note that air flow is in both directions except for heating, where it only comes out of one side, but I can probably understand this since it's not like a lot of people would put this in the middle of a room. So in the heating situation it could be hazardous. But overall, this thing is kind of nuts at how good it is - it's not cheap, like other Dyson products, but being a long-time owner of a Dyson vacuum, I can say that they do last a long time.

Works great. Easy installation. App is really easy to use. The fan tower can be tilted slightly upward (if desired). The fan blowing direction can be set as steady, or blowing sideways. The fan speed is great. During summer heat, i set to level 10 (highest) and it helps a lot cooling my bedroom. I havent had a chance to try the heater yet, but so far, i am very happy with my purchase. Dyson products have not disappointed me for years.

Great product! Honestly worth the purchase! Keeps my entire room nice and warm in the winter and definitely helps keep it cool during the summer months!

It was working great but at the 4th year stopped working. Filters have been changed regularly. Error message is just a symbol and app will not describe the problem, so you have to bring it in.

wow whey the air is not so good here in Los Angeles because of the fires you have to have an Air Purifier. I really love it.

We had this great machine for over 3 years now and never turn us down. Highly recommend!

I have bought several of these because off the bat its a 50/50 weather the thing is going to work. Even if your lucky and yours works initially, after a couple weeks I have had the experience that most of these start having issues. But, if you get that one in a few dozen that works, then its one of the best Dyson products. I am still looking to find an Iron/Blue one of these. I hope someone who is stuck with a bad unit is willing to sell an Iron/Blue for parts.

I love the auto mode. Cleans air and app allows you to be aware particles that the Dyson will get rid of. Very impressed with this product. Heater works great too.

I've used Dyson products for years and this is a really good fan heater air cleaner and is easily controlled by the remote or from the Dyson app via wifi

This is a real great Air Purifier. Really does the JOB! Keeps my hair clean and allergies from acting up due to weather changes.

I paid for this to test out against my several-years-old rabbit air cleaner. Blew out candles and shook-out a blanket in front of the dyson and rabbit. Both got the candle smoke—-but dyson turned down in a matter of seconds while the rabbit kept a higher speed for a few minutes. The blanket was fairly quickly sniffed out by the rabbit. The dyson was a no show. It actually said my air become cleaner (from a 2-3 rating to 0). Guess it was enjoying newly cleaned air by rabbit. I tried snapping the blanket right in front of dyson——nothing! A minute later my rabbit (about 3 feet back from the dyson) kicked in. If you want an air cleaner Dyson is NOT it. As a fan it’s also sad—-can barely feel a puff from 15 feet away. The heater is neat but even weaker. The app is hardly useful. I still can’t believe my apartment is getting a 0-3 out of 100 on dyson’s sniffer. It’s like I’m living in the Swiss alps with such clean air——I live in LOS ANGELES. Get a real air cleaner if that’s what you need. Get a $20 space heater and connect it to a smart plug for useful automation. I can’t believe Dyson gets away selling this thing.

Set it and forget it with the automatic feature. It does all the work and you reap all the benefits. With a 350 degree oscillation it purifies and circulates the air. That’s just the cooling side. Haven’t used the heat yet but looking forward to it.
