It’s battery life is so short in high power usage.

This vacuum is way overpriced and the reason why I say that is the battery doesn't last very long it says 40 minutes but technically it's only 20 minutes and that's very frustrating for the price that I paid for a vacuum. Not very satisfied with the Dyson brand and I think that it's price high only for the pretentious branding name. Other than that quality of it not worth the price.

This vacuum had less power than the 6-year old Dyson I had been using. It took way to many hours to recharge. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone! I returned it.

This model was obviously a design failure. The debris canister is designed in a way that the dirt and hair do not automatically fall out when the canister is opened. You must put your hand up into the canister to pull out the hair the machine picks up. Also, the materials seem cheap and flimsy.

Small debris container and you have to keep you finger on switch the whole time you vacuum.

Extremely disappointed with this one. Used to have a Dyson years ago. Replaced it with an LG due to poor battery life. Thought it was time to replace the LG and gave this one a chance to see if they have improved on the battery side. They have not. My old LG operates longer while on "turbo" than the brand new Dyson. It is going right back to the store.

It is a good vacuum but I am disappointed from Dyson cheap material. The container looks like made of cheap plastic that it will break easily.

I finally took the plunge and bought the Dyson V9, and let me tell you, it completely changed my cleaning game. If you’ve been dragging around a heavy, corded monster, this thing feels like magic. It’s got this cool "Sprayed Dark Nickel" color that looks super sleek just hanging on the wall dock—it truly feels like a premium machine. The power is seriously unbelievable. I mean, how can something so light suck up so much dirt? It tackled everything in my house, from low-pile rugs to hardwood floors, without even breaking a sweat. The Motorbar™ cleaner head is fantastic, especially if you have pets or long hair. It automatically de-tangles everything, so you’re not constantly pulling hair out of the brush roll. That feature alone is worth the price, honestly! Plus, converting it into a handheld for quick car cleanups or stair work is a total breeze. It also has a neat little LCD screen that shows you exactly how much run time you have left, which is a lifesaver. And emptying the bin? Super hygienic. You just point and shoot the dust right into the trash without getting your hands dirty. Woohoo! So, why the one star missing? It all comes down to the battery. While Dyson says you get up to 40 minutes, that’s only really true on the lowest setting. If you’re like me and you hit that Boost button to really deep-clean the carpet or tackle a tough spot, you’re looking at maybe 7 to 10 minutes of run time. It feels like a supercar that runs out of gas too quickly! It's a fantastic daily vacuum for quick messes, but if you have a huge house and want to deep-clean everything in one go, you’ll probably be doing it in shifts while it recharges. Overall, I totally recommend the V9. It’s powerful, super light, and makes everyday cleaning fun (seriously!). Just remember that little battery quirk, and you’ll be thrilled with this upgrade.

Not happy, i only have used it several times and it already stopped working. Warns me to empty it but it is already empty and filters are clean. Will return it ASAP

Got it as a Christmas gift. Plugged it in to charge and it wouldn’t charge. It wouldn’t light up. Nothing. It doesn’t work. Probably a bad battery but I can’t get anyone to help me with that.

Stopped working after 3 uses. Keeps giving an error that there's something blocking it but, there's not. Our last one lasted 12 years. This is not the same quality.

Very weak, don’t have strong power to vacuum simple dust

I had to return it. It only worked for 3 normal uses. After that, it died, so I recharged it again thinking it was not fully charged. I used it again when it was 100% charged. It worked for 1 minute and died again. So don't waste your time getting this product. It should be recalled.

I have pets, it did not suit my needs. The vacuum leaves debris behind.

For such an expensive machine, my cheap shark vacuum has better suction. It already has a defect where the canister keeps opening while in use.

Device no longer works after 3 months. Do not recommend.

This product doesn’t do what is described. Very poor quality and I do own another Dyson and it doesn’t compare to it.
