I was a little reluctant to spend $540 ($499.99 plus tax) for an air purifier. But this Dyson really impressed me. It clear the air in small bedroom in less than 5 minutes. For larger rooms, it usually takes a little longer. But it clears the air of most all allergens very quickly and also cools the room it's in. It's programmable so you can set the unit to stop after a certain time. I think 9 hours ahead is the longest possible setting. And you can control it with your smartphone and a Wi-Fi connection. To me, it's worth the price for the excellent service, it provides.

This unit is very high quality. It is quiet, has both a remote and wifi control and does a great job of filtering the air and keeping the room quiet.

Air feels clean. However it will not filter the whole house but it explains that in the description

While I can't attest to the air being cleaner, I can say that my daughters allergies are better and the fan is great. We are discussing getting another.

So no blades so kids can't get hurt!! amazing and no dust on the blades to clean. Rotates and lets out a lot of cool air. Has remote and app.

Does what its supposed to! Love it in Blue! Very quiet which is good but quiet can be bad if you use a fan to fall asleep but it does a good as purifier I would recommend it!

Best air purifier I've owned. Very quiet and the white noise it generates is actually very soothing. Performance of the purifier is very good. It runs constantly at a low speed. the Dyson app is very informative and easy to interpret. I do notice a better breathing environment in the room that houses the Dyson. I am definitely buying another for our other rooms in the house

positive; cool fan, no noise or at least minimal cons; somewhat improved allergies, but still have to clean on regular basis, initially purchased for allergies, not sure if it made a difference, may be i returned it too early without testing it.

This really helps a lot to purify the air. I could tell the difference right away, it's also good that it can be used as a fan. Very satisfied.

Decently strong fan, pushes air well, I can feel it at a distance at low speeds, like a gentle breeze. Can get really noisy at max speed though. Filter seems to work so far.

I love that it’s a fan and purifier. I don’t know if the air is any better or how accurate the app is but I love all of Dyson product. They work and hold up well.

Ended up returning this because I didn’t like the fan. I thought the air cleaner was pretty good, I liked that it could be programmed to come on automatically when it detected particles in the air. It was nice to see the info on the app which showed your current air quality. I returned it because I didn’t like that the higher the air cleaner ran the harder the fan blew. We ended up having to stick it in a corner so the fan wouldn’t blow into the room and make everyone cold in the middle of winter. It also doesn’t have a charcoal filter to remover odors in the air. I cooked salmon and my house smelled for days even with the air cleaner running. Wasn’t worth the huge price tag.

Love thid fan/purifier. Works very well and would have given 5 stars but its starting to get noisy after a year.
