I can breathe better after2 days running it on auto! It can be set to auto, it will clean the air in your room, and you don’t need to turn it on and off.

We placed units in the large bedrooms and hall for extra hot days and nights in Southern Maine. It works for our second floor.

If you don’t wanna blast your ac all day. This fan does the perfect job for the room you are in. It’s great if you need white noise at night. The fan has a night mode and also a timer

The blue color matches the theme of our bedroom. I have a 3 year old daughter who likes to put their little fingers and face in different devices. So very safe with a small child at home. Cools well a big room.

The fan action is weaker than any other fan I own, and it was FAR too costly for that. The air purifier appealed, of course, and I'm glad for that. I just wish it did a better job at cooling.

Be prepared to change filters constantly and it doesn’t blow as hard as I thought it would. The fact that you have to change filters constantly just tells you it works great. The remote makes adjusting fan speed, oscillating or stationary, And sleep timer mode very convenient.

Posted .Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.
Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

Good air purifier but not much wind power

You'd want it to just maintain a good level but it gets there and then let's it go back to poorer air quality and it doesn't come back on when it should. I have to normally set it to the longest timer setting and let it stay on to keep it in good air readings all day. Other than the quirk there, works very well!

It works great, she woke up without the stuffy nose that she usually has in the morning. Excellent purchase for someone will allergies.

I'm not sure how much it is actually helping to purify the air, but it works great as a fan. I like the ability to use my phone to control the fan. Will likely buy another one for my sons room.

Started running it at 6 but was a little loud after a while so now have it set to 3 and it’s perfect. Have only had it a few weeks but I have noticed a difference in my room as far as dust build up and air cleanliness goes, even with running it at just a 3. Looking forward to seeing the long term effects of this.

It has outlasted any other vacuum and never required maintenance. So I expected the fan to be on par. It's nice looking and quiet on low speeds. It fell short on delivering the air flow I desired until the higher speeds were employed. This also increased the noise to a level I felt was not acceptable for the price I paid. I have since returned it for credit. I probably would have kept it at half the price I paid but could not justify keeping it even at a "daily deal" reduced price. I'm still searching for my next fan and maybe I'm just hard to please. I just didn't feel the price point was appropriate for what I got. You may feel differently.
