I’ve had this item for about a year and it was working amazing. Unfortunately it stopped blowing cold air and wasn’t working anymore. Thank goodness I had the protection plan and was able to go inside the store and exchange it for a new one. I love it! Now it keeps my room cold.

I had a previous model of this, which was quite a bit louder than this version. So the lower noise is nice. However, I am not sure that it is as strong as the previous version. Unfortunately, my old fan died so I could not compare.

I bought this during one of the flash sales where it was 50 or 60% off. It has minimal assembly and space usage, but works well as a purifier and fan. I will definitely buy another one.

Nice blue color. Takes a little getting used to the remote. My wife thinks the noise it emits is annoying for trying to sleep. Don't notice much difference in room dust levels.

Took about 1 day but it did clean the air around. I don’t wKe up w terrible allergies like I did before I bought the dyson Highly recommended to anyone w similar issue

I love this Dyson - It has much more than I even knew. I was able to get this for $350 when the normal price was $500 and it was new, not open box. I bought two of them!

Is not a bad product. The only two bad things is that I wish the air can blow narrow. I think that the new version let's you choice from narrow to wide range. The other bad thing is that it makes a noise when is off.

I had been using this fan for several months, and it was pretty great. The design was sleek, the app was convenient, and the purification seemed good. The filters were a little expensive, but they seemed to last long enough, according to the app. Until the Auto mode suddenly stopped working and the fan started blowing at full blast. The app showed an error about a problem with the air quality sensor, and pressing the Auto button on the remote would cause an "E" to be shown on the fan's display. The filter still had around 30% life at that point. I tried some basic troubleshooting; unplugging the fan, waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in would fix this issue for a week or so, before the "E" error code would inevitably return. Fast forward a few months, when I finally got tired of this mess and called Dyson Support. To my utter disbelief, they told me in no uncertain words that the Auto mode was DESIGNED TO STOP WORKING when the filter life hit 30-40%. The "E" error code, they said, meant that you need to buy a new filter now and replace it for Auto mode to keep working. Even if there's plenty of life remaining according to the app. NOWHERE is this documented, not on the packaging, not in the manual, not in the app, and not even on their troubleshooting website. The only advice for an "E" error code is to call Dyson Support, who will tell you to either go buy a new $70 filter to fix this issue or to just deal with not having Auto mode. Never mind that the app is supposed to tell you when you actually need a new filter, or the fact that the fan is supposed to show an "F", not an "E", when the filter is depleted. Or that the app straight up tells you that the air quality sensor has an issue, not the filter. They ended up sending me a free filter, but that doesn't fix the underlying issues. Either Dyson Support actively tries to avoid replacing faulty units and instead pushes buying filters as a band-aid solution, or the design is inherently flawed and they're trying to cover that up—I don't know which is worse. If filters are only actually useful for 60% of their intended lifespan, then they effectively cost $117 each if you want to use Auto mode as recommended, making them even more of a ripoff than they already were. In any case, I will probably never buy another Dyson product again; this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I don't know how I can trust any of their products if their support is so willing to lie and cover up issues instead of fixing them.

This is a great purifier! The other day, I was frying some food in the kitchen. Air quality was poor. The fan was on auto mode. It sense the smell an turned on full blasting filtering the air. Technology is amazing

It’s only my second day owning this thing but it was worth the money. I did my research and don’t regret it. We live in a 109 year old house and there is a lot of dust. This machine is great.

I really like this fan/purifier for my office. Did I need something this fancy? Probably not. Do I care? No.

Fires ongoing in California helps lessen the smoke smell. I don’t have as bad allergies compared to before. Worth the purchase. Can’t go wrong with Dyson.

This works so great and turns on automatically if there is too many particles in the air. I love this and the filter lasts a long time even though I have 6 dogs inside it doesnt smell like dogs.

As all Dyson fans like this, these will be a bit overpriced. It does come with a great filtering system and bladeless design but if you just need a tower fan than go with the much cheaper options available.

Love how there's a filter built in and you can control your Dyson fan on your phone so it's nice to turn it on and cool the room down before I arrive home

Was pleasantly surprised at how well this improved our air quality in our apartment during the "Camp Fire" in Norcal. Helped my breathing... the filter must have got a real workout.

Love this great product. Since we live near the big street, the dust is too much. Easy changing for the filter.

Great addition to my bedroom. This fan makes the room much more comfortable and has helped eliminate a lot of dust.
