Really like how quiet the fan is and how quickly it cooled down the room (actually had to turn it down due to how efficiently it cooled it down). Only downside is that it recently stopped working (manufacturers issue) but overall it's a great fan.

But instead I’m stuck over my girlfriend’s apartment that won’t let me leave or else she has a panic attack. I miss my freedom.

Although it’s the Pure Cool model, if the temp inside the house is not cool the air being blown is not going to be cool. I understand it’s not an AC unit, but I’ve felt fans that feel cooler. A positive is that it filters the air supposedly.

Beat purchase ever

I purchased one gor my mother she suffers from allergies and is hot natured. It worked out fabulous for her. I then purchased another for my granddaughter. She suffers from allergies and snores. This cleared up the air. Now this 5yr old os sleeping great and will be well rested for school. Thank you Dyson

I purchased with the hopes that it would be quieter than a standard fan with blades and the want to have a safe solution for my dog being nearby it. Depending on the level, I find that louder when on 8-10 but not as loud as a standard fan. It’s also easy to move from room to room if needed. Another feature that I like is that there is no light on the fan to show when it is on! I tend to use the fan when sleeping and have found that the light on standard fans is annoying.
