Got this fan because we have a cat and he sheds a lot. At first he didn’t like the fan, it took him a few days before he accepted the fact that the fan is not going anywhere. The fan was easy to put together. Love the remote control. So far, no problem

I bought this to use instead of a ceiling fan following Lasik surgery. I was worried about it being quite enough to enable a sound night's sleep, but had no worries. It's very quiet, yet sufficient airflow to keep me comfortable in the night. I compared it to other popular tower fans, and decided though still pricey, it's the best investment out of all fans considered.

Awesome, use it every night. Still works and it's not too loud.

I really like this fan, very quiet 10 speed settings and runs by remote control. It keeps me cool and has a air purifier built in to it.

The Airflow is a lot more than expected and it is very quiet. The air filter works extremely well. with a standard fan, the blades get dirty and it is almost impossible to clean so you get a lot of dust after you clean them. With this, the air that drives the fan is filtered in the base, so the "working parts" stay clean. The air comes out of a narrow slot at the rear of the opening and pulls room air with it - Works great

Most consistent fan we've owned. Saves the day when it gets too hot and it's a bonus that the air is filtered. Easily moves into every room with us on hot days. Don't lose the remote!

Haven’t had any issues! It’s easy to use and the remote sticks to the top via magnet. It has different speeds and can oscillate. My favorite part is not having to change the filter for 12 mo!

I woke up with not boogers. It was Amazon. Clean air in the dusty desert that I live in. It’s rough here but it makes my life in bed. And work easier cause I have one in both places

Bought this randomly while walking around the store. It works great and is a huge improvement from normal tower fans. It doesnt collect near as much dust and is very quiet.

I bought this when it was on sale because owning a Dyson item had always been on my bucket list. I know it sounds dumb but I loved their attention to detail on design and their marketing really sold me on their products. I needed a fan for my room and had always wanted an air purifier as well so that was my excuse for making this purchase as it was both a fan and an air purifier and had a sleek beautiful design. Setup was incredibly easy and the product is much lighter than it looks. I was incredibly excited about the purchase... until I turned it on. The fan is incredibly weak. I live in a hot and humid area so I wanted a fan for when I slept at night so I wouldn't have to use the a.c. before I was using a small cheap fan but I didn't like how noisy it was and it didn't oscillate either. Well, the Dyson fan does oscillate but I'm surprised none of the comments here have mentioned the noise this fan makes. Once you put it on level 7 or higher there is a loud noise that is akin to white noise or the noise you get while on an airplane. It sounds like an airplane engine that has been muted or something. It might not be noticeable in a large room but my room is very small so it is very noticeable. I tried getting used to it and after reading other things online convinced myself that my room was too small for the fan to be effective but honestly at this point I am extremely disappointed with the product and want to return it but it's been more than 60 days so I doubt I can. This product has turned me off from all Dyson products and I will never purchase another one of their products again. It just baffles me how the main function if the product, which is to blow air to cool the owner down, is so obviously deficit. Even at the highest setting I feel like the air flow is too gentle to cool me down. My husband usually gets stuffy nose and dry cough if we leave a regular fan all night but when we started using this Dyson fan and purifier in our bedroom the problems went away. It's a great buy esp we got it during a Best Buy sale. Highly recommended!

Assembly and set-up are easy. The remote control is pretty intuititve. As an air filter, it functions wonderfully. After running for less than 30 minutes, I can tell the difference in air quality in the room (I have allergies, so I know what I'm talking about.) As a fan, I suspect it may be a bit underwhelming, but I will see once the weather gets hotter.

The purifier works wonders in both improving the air quality (including any pet or workout smell) and cooling down the room. Worth the price versus other air filters.

My son has terrible allergies. Even with our home closed up 365 days a year, he still has issues. This dyson air fan finally did the trick for him to have an allergy free sleep!

This fan is pricey but works great!! You can get a fan with same air flow for cheaper, I bought purely on looks and above average performance and it does what I need it too. The fans quiet as well!

I am using the fan in a bedroom that is warm. The fan helps move the air from the wall vent to cool the room, I would like an app to help misplacing the remote. The price should be lower.

I love my Dyson and the color match with my hair dryer. It's going smooth and I felt the ai purify well. It works great and looks lovely in my apartment. awesome products.

I am always warm at night so this gives iff just enough of a cool “breeze” while filtering the air. I wake up breathing easier and well rested!!!
