After the first night I bought this purifier and I’ve have had no symptoms since the day it arrived. Almost 1 month later as of this review the allergies have not returned.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.
Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

Official had purchased the geek squad accidental protection plan and found out that it expired April 30th of this year and that there was no grace period or exception, so i called the manufacturer to only find out that not only was the warranty up with them, but they don’t make this model anymore and do not provide parts. $290 down the drain and yes i have a Dyson v10 that acts a little weird from time to time and quite honestly i think I’m getting rid of all my Dyson products. Sucks cause i bought them to have something nice and instead i have a throw away paper weight after only 2 years!

I just love this fan and now thinking of getting the Dyson heat*cool fan and probably will today. It is much quieter than a regular fan but still has a noise that lulls me to sleep. I do feel as though I have been sleeping better since using this fan.

Too expensive for what you get

It puts out decent air flow. It is short. We had to put in on a 3ft table. I honestly feel it is too expensive for what you get.
