Sorely disappointed

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought my Dyson air purifier tp01 may of 2023 and enjoyed it a lot until unfortunately just last night (june 8th 2025) it decided to quit working. Official had purchased the geek squad accidental protection plan and found out that it expired April 30th of this year and that there was no grace period or exception, so i called the manufacturer to only find out that not only was the warranty up with them, but they don’t make this model anymore and do not provide parts. $290 down the drain and yes i have a Dyson v10 that acts a little weird from time to time and quite honestly i think I’m getting rid of all my Dyson products. Sucks cause i bought them to have something nice and instead i have a throw away paper weight after only 2 years!

Keeps me cool

Worth it

None of them compares to what this Dyson can do -- on a low setting! It's also almost an A/C unit, at least for those of us in the northern climates when summer doesn't roast you. The Cool Tower will indeed keep your room cooler. A bit loud but you can adjust the settings to very low.
