There is a loud noise after 5 or 6 and the air isn’t particularly strong though. You’re mostly paying for the quality of the product and the dyson name but not exactly a strong fan for this price point

I have 4 dogs and I live in a basement. It is a little pricy but I think it was definitely worth it and I will be buying another one in the near future.

If you remove the filter or the top, you can feel that it is a strong fan, but the filter and probably the way the air is channeled, to a certain extent, lessens the output. It is quiet and suits my needs. The remote magnetically attaches to the top of the unit, which is a nice touch.

I have tried imposters and trust me, it was a waste of time and money. They all had a high pitched hum and I couldn’t sleep, this one makes fan noise..if that makes sense…but it doesn’t keep me awake, no high pitched hum.

We had a couple other air purifiers, but they hardly made a difference. This air purifier really helped her, and the looks are much better too. I am a Dyson fan for sure.

Great Dyson Fans!

They are a bit pricey, even on sale, and the cost of replacement filters are high too (unless you're lucky to find decent knockoffs. Having no blades make it so easy to clean. And the fan strength and oscillation is great.
