Loved it until a few months later it stopped working. Dealing with Dyson is very challenging. Finally was able to send it to be repaired where it’s been over a month. Not my first Dyson product but first time with an issue. Quite frustrating.

It works well hearing the living area that includes my parrot’s cage. He enjoys it more than we do and saves on our hearing bills by lowering the gas boiler.

Superb Engineering. The fan circulation features provide cooling even on a hot day. The heating function work quickly and provides plenty of heat.

Works well but turns off after 8 hours if in heat mode. There’s no way to change this setting. We use this overnight and in our RV, and the auto turn off is obnoxious at best, life-threatening at worst.

Honestly? I love this thing! Perfect temperature every time, super easy to maintain and very effective. I love it!

Bought this for my "extra" bedroom, only occasionally used. The room isn't well heated/cooled and, being mostly used for storage, is somewhat dusty. This does just what I need for all seasons, and is very quiet (does not have the apparent airflow of standard fans because of its design.) Heated the rather small room quickly Having "purification" is a significant feature for me. Wi-fi control is a nice feature--allows things like scheduling for a week that the basic remote does not. Pricey, but a few years ago we had a fire caused by a too old space heater, so we are a little leery of such things. I am happy with this.

This has such a beautiful design! The heating function is quiet, fast and did not feel like it dried up the air. The comfort it provides on a cold winter night is unsurpassed. The remote is small, slick and magnetically attached to the unit. The air filter removed cooking smell leaving the air so fresh. This is such a great unit, I would gladly have one in each room, which is not possible due to the price. Once you have a Dyson, it will be hard to go to anything else. This is closest to perfection as I have seen.

Let me start with if you're buying this because you only need a fan then you will be disappointed. The cooling option on this unit is very minimal and it is not as effective as a regular $50 tower fan. HOWEVER, if you need a heater and an air purifier then this unit is amazing. It works very efficiently as a heater and purifies the air around you so you breathe clean air. No more waking up with a sore throat! If you have allergies I would HIGHLY recommend this unit! The app controls are fantastic!

This is our 4th Dyson Product. This Air Purifier is excellent. My wife does not get anymore headaches and sleeps very well after buying this product.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area - on the peninsula - and don't have air conditioning (we only need it 2 weeks a year). I purchased this hoping the fan would cool us during the current heat wave. The fan, even 5 feet away, doesn't cool at all. I realize it isn't air conditioning, but for the price, I expected a lot more! The purifier worked well -- I made fish in the house and it immediately took the smell away. I just can't justify $650 (includes tax). My Vornado fan works better than this one. Yes, it doesn't have the same look, but when I am looking for cool, I don't care much what the device looks like. I will be taking this back right away.

My wife gave this to me as a birthday present and couldn't be happier! I love the voice compatibility! There is also an app where you can check the if the target has been met. Love this so much I want to buy more but its so expensive.

Works great, even after years of use. I do have trouble with getting the right filter for it.

I've owned this product for a little over a year now, and its easily one of most regretful purchases. I was hoping the product was expensive because it is well made and built to last, but instead the product is expensive solely because of the brand name on it. My fan now goes into an error mode a couple of minutes into use and sounds like a broken vaccuum until I unplug it. Save yourself $400 and go buy a $100 vornado or similar, it will perform just as well and last just as long as this overpriced junk.

Pirchased under the assumption thatbi could schedule the heat to come on but thats not the case.

My wife and I absolutely love Dyson products, but sadly this is the first item we were disappointed with. We wanted to upgrade the Dyson fans we already have with two air purifier fans and unfortunately it’s caused our allergies to get worse, especially at night. We will be returning both fans by the end of the week.

I will return due to loud sound. It will wake up a sleeping baby. The design is bad. Do not buy this. I have another dyson air purifier, round top and very quite. That I recommend and worth buying.
