It works so well, it's quiet, the app is seamless. The filters were easy to put in and the screen is perfect. I just wish there was a way to control it without the remote or the app.

The auto function works very well and I like how the App tells you the quality and explains what is in the air. Overall very happy with our purchase!

And they will not do anything including best buy. But they will chatfe6me to fix it. I dont want to pay 300$ plus for the product for it to go out 1 day past warranty and actually it went out the day before but they were closed when i discovered it wasn't working. So stand behind your products and dont make products that only last a few days past warranty end sound like you make sure you have to replace a expensive product so never again and i don't need to be in business best buy

Didnt clean air

Not once did it reflect clean air (Green) in the app until I added another air purifier and this was just in a bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend spending so much on this when a $150 one could do the trick

Horrible product that broke in weeks.
