Fan does not blow and it's wasn't as it described

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I regret buying this fan, first time I bought it, i tried it out, the fan is not blowing even when you gets closer to it, then i return it back and they send me another one yet it is still the same thing so i will suggest to anyone not to buy it unless there's something i don't know about this product and planning to return it back again. I have the old one two of the old ones and they are far more better than this one.

A normal fan would have done just as well for much less. Also stopped connecting to the app shortly after I bought it. One plus is it does have a smaller footprint.

Posted .Hello Gabriel, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that you've been happy with your TP07 Purifier Cool thus far. This model is 20% quieter while in use that previous models, and the fully sealed HEPA filtration system removed 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns. The LCD display shows real-time air quality, as well as temperature and humidity. The filter in your machine is designed to last roughly 4400 hours, so if you run the purifier 12 hours every single day, you should get about a year of life from the filter before needing to replace it.
