    I bought the dyson air purifier it lasted literally 2 years 1 day. And they will not do anything including best buy. But they will chatfe6me to fix it. I dont want to pay 300$ plus for the product for it to go out 1 day past warranty and actually it went out the day before but they were closed when i discovered it wasn't working. So stand behind your products and dont make products that only last a few days past warranty end sound like you make sure you have to replace a expensive product so never again and i don't need to be in business best buy

    Horrible product. I bought two and both broke after a couple of weeks. Their customer service was super unprofessional and rude. Stay away.
