I was very dissapointed in the cooling feature. Im usually not harsh on reviews but when a company is marketing a $800 product (after tax), i expect every feature to be spectacular. I returned it the next day

Two Failures in 26 Months - Unit Not Working

These units do draw a lot of power, especially in heat mode. If you are finding that it's shorting out a circuit, you may wish to check and make sure that it's plugged directly in to a wall outlet, and it's not on a circuit with other high-powered devices. I realized few things later that wifi has limited capabilities for safety reasons which makes sense but don't see why it was marketed like a good to have. I should have gone with non wifi model. I also noticed that it keeps tripping my circuit breaker. Unfortunately past my return period.
