I exchanged for a new unit thinking the first one I bought was defective. The second one was doing the same thing. When it's oscillating in a low fan mode, it makes a little clicking/rattling/knocking noise. I tried so hard to ignore it but I just can't get passed it. I was advised by a Dyson representative to email [email protected] and yet to hear a response. Will be returning it to BestBuy.

Does everything it's supposed to do! Cleans the air and heats it too. Easy to use controls, easy remote and app. It oscillates and tilts, narrow flow or wide. I will always have one in my room.

We got this to better control the temperature and air quality in the nursery. It works perfectly. Great control through the app. Great peace of mind knowing in giving my kids the best air too breath possible.

We ended up purchasing two of these. They are pricey but wonderful. Love the filtering and the flexibility for the cool or warm.

It’s not a pure “purifier” but the app helps keep you up to date on air quality inside and outside the house. A great investment to ensure my family is breathing healthy and it holds temp in the room it’s in very well.

The dyson heater, fan and air purifier is great, Very quiet. Love the bluetooth ability to turn it on in the living room from bed so that it is warm before you enter.

great fan, I use it all day and it keeps my living room nice and cool. I have noticed it really helps with my allergies.

The unit made an incredible difference in the air quality within 30 minutes of operation. The auto feature makes it a pleasure to use and really notices air quality changes and ramps up or down to help clean the air!

Needed a fan to keep cool at night & this was just the ticket. Has way more features than I needed but wouldn’t trade it for anything

Works well in a small room to keep a person cool during the summertime. Also turns into a heater during the winter.

Worth the price for what it does. Heats, cools and purifies air in one light easy to use machine with remote and WiFi controls. Change filter every year could be the expensive downside.

ITS THE BEST, we use this in my kids room and the temp is always perfect and the heat does not get the dresser hot, I LOVE IT!!! super easy to use the app as well

I have horrible allergies at night and when I bought the air purifier, it helped with my allergies and I was able to sleep. It also helps with my asthma.

What I actually needed was a space heater but when I came across the Dyson pure hot cold link air purifier I was sold instantly and have not regretted this purchase for one moment, it is an amazing unit

Received this for my birthday and extremely happy with its functionality. It filters and cools at the same time and has a low soothing sound. I have not used it for heat yet since the weather has been mostly very warm.

Decent purifier, will take all the moisture from your room, get a purifier if you can to balance it all out.

My daughter has asthma, and her doctor recommended to get an air purifier for her. There were many choices out there. I just figured to get Dyson due to their great products. I highly recommend it.

I followed the advice of other reviews and took the plunge. So glad I did. I have this in my bedroom and I can tell the difference sleeping. The purifier takes care of dust and odors. I'm sleeping like a baby.
