Purchased on 4/27/22. Within 2 hours the humidity in the House increased from 16% to 40%. Cleaned the Air very quickly. Only have to fill up the tank once every two days. Works as advertised. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Easy to use and performs well. Dyson products dont disappoint my family. I highly recommend this to all especially with people with baby.

TLDR: The humidifier isn't worth doubling the price. It's a lot of work and doesn't move the humidity of the room much. I recommend just the filter, though if you're getting it for allergies there are more cost effective bigger fan options. Detail Review. This item is roughly twice as expensive to include the humidifier on the filter. So, the humidifier is going to take up a large portion of this review and needs to be worth the price premium. Unfortunately the humidifier is not a worthwhile product. Humidifier Effect on a room: After running it for a week the humidity in the smaller bedroom was 3-4% above the rest of the house and other bedrooms. It never got close to the level I set it too. So we can conclude it's not very effective at humidifying a small room. I do keep separate humidity gauges in each bedroom for window condensation in the winter, (they're quite cheap and small). Humidifier maintenance: The water lasts for about a day, so off the bat this is more work than other models. Additionally the water is incredibly cloudy after loading it back in, which goes away if you change the water twice but doubles the work. Additionally there are reports of a piece clogging weekly-biweekly that is not easily accessible and prevents water from becoming humidity. I believe if you don't double vacate your water yours will clog up. At the end of the week the "pump column base cap" did have build up on it. This is not mentioned in maintenance instructions, but on sites run by people who own the product. Overall the humidifier is not very effective under the best circumstances, and more work than most other models. I can't find any reason to justify the price tag other than saving space, but again it doesn't work very well. Filter Effectiveness: The filter is quite effective. It has multiple gauges that show when the area is soiled (like after vacuuming) and how long it takes to remove the particles from the air. My allergies are noticeably when the filter runs throughout the day. Part of this is unfortunately trusting Dyson's sensors, but the humidity gauge correctly showed the humidity and they also correctly showed when I vacuumed so they seem to work well. Filter Maintenance: The only real maintenance is replacing the filter when the app or base of the model requests it be done. Filter Ease of use: There's an auto setting that only works when the immediate area is dirty, but you can keep it on a steady flow which creates a nice white noise to sleep by. Fan Efficiency: It's a small fan, which isn't as nice as a big fan. It's louder and moves less air. That said I enjoy white noise at night as it makes abrupt sounds less likely to wake me up. I set it 6 and fall asleep fine. I DID contact Dyson. The product is working as intended

The air is clean and fresh. Your will sleep better with this running in dry weather. Just make sure to use distilled water so you don’t have to clean it so much.

Because I have a cat at home, my nose feels uncomfortable all the time. After using this product, my life has been greatly improved. In addition, its humidification function also makes me feel less uncomfortable when I live in a very dry area.

Bigger than expected but does everything it’s supposed to very well. Very customizable using the app. User friendly details like the easily removable water tank. Expensive but worth it so far.

Noticeable difference in air quality. It doesn't blow thick humidity like most humidifiers, which might be an issue for some. It's so much cleaner and easier to maintain than any other humidifier I've owned.

Effective. I have been dealing with allergies and living in a dry desert city. This is a life saver. I can feel that the air is cleaner. The humidity added so much comfort during my sleep.

Does an amazing job extremely overprice however. Wouldn’t recommend because of the dollar amount hope it lasts 10 years for 1000 bucks
